Individual manifold-block solutions

Manifold blocks of this type are special-purpose valves used, for example, in the two-stage powershift transmissions in construction machines. They can be supplied in a basic version, or optionally with an additional special pressure-relief or pressure-reducing valve in the inlet port.

Horizontal-sectional valves and stacking assemblies

Application-specific control units are assembled from the wide variety of functional elements available. Directional, flow-control, pressure-control, and check valves can be combined in one valve block. A block of this type can supply the pilot circuits in construction machines or control the travel and slew brakes, for example, and can be used in many other applications in mobile and industrial machines.

Monoblock designs

Valves in monoblock construction consist of a single, heavy-duty, cast body that is designed for working pressures up to 400 bar. Thanks to a wide selection of spools, operators, hand levers, and auxiliary valves such as secondary pressure relief and make-up valves, these are particularly suited to complex applications where exceptionally small installation dimensions are required.

System manifold blocks

System manifold blocks are developed for specific application requirements. The necessary functions are normally provided by cartridge valves or manifold-mounting valves. The mounting body for these standard components is usually made from aluminium and is specially designed to suit the requirements of each individual application.

Stack-mounting designs

The combination of inlet, intermediate and end sections makes up a very flexible building-block system - its elements can be selected and assembled into a valve block that provides the necessary functions and precisely meets the needs of the application. These types of manifold blocks are used in virtually all mobile machines.
