In the course of a two-day audit carried out by SQS, the Swiss association for quality and management systems, it was successfully ascertained that Bucher Hydraulics manufactures its products in a conservation-conscious manner.

Bucher Hydraulics affirms its desire for ecologyminded production and commits to meeting standard guidelines. Amongst other things this means reducing the consumption of raw materials, supplies and water, a more efficient use of energy, an ecologically aware handling of hazardous substances, lower emission and waste levels, and precautionary emergency management measures designed to avert danger and accidents. Bucher Hydraulics has set its sights on continuously improving all processes and operations defined in the environmental management system. Internal auditors check to make sure that relevant official atatutory regulations and any of the company’s own directives that might be even more stringent are adhered to.
