• Technical experience, comprehension and application experience

• Understanding of construction and functionality of a product group or a specific product 

• Knowledge of a practice oriented product choice and the specific operational conditions

• Presentation of functions and construction of the products 

• Become acquainted with the products and their maintenance in a practice oriented way 

• Knowledge of the right product choice and the right product handling
