All-In-One –
Flow Control

The SR... product line of proportional flow-control
valves offers optimum solutions for all kinds of applications.

With our SR... product line of proportional flow-control valves Bucher Hydraulics, offers the optimum solution for sensitive and reliable flow control, both in mobile work machines and stationary applications.

The heart of this flow regulator is its control shaft which has been designed specifically for this purpose and which is found in standard components as well as in customized valve manifolds. These valve manifolds are of a modular construction with the SR control shaft constituting the basic module.

Flow-control valves of this type are available with proportional solenoid operation and can cope with flow-rate volumes of 100 l/min and pressures of up to 315 bar. A model which can be operated completely manually is currently under development but already is being used for selected applications.

Its strong points include three-way operation (resilient to surplus flow), its quality of control, its distinct precision control and its excellent load independence at a low control Δp.

The SRC cartridge valve (SR cartridge) can be supplied in a range of different plugs and voltages. The SRR models have been designed specifically for pipe-work system installations. The valve’s body gives you an opportunity to expand the system by adding on other operations such as pressure relief and check valves.

When used in manifolds the control shafts can operate inside the housing (SRM) or be used as cartridge valves (SRC).

In both systems you can integrate pressure relief, check and directional valves. Their housings can be adapted in a flexible manner to meet the requirements of the particular application involved. Assembly solutions incorporating hydraulic motors and pumps are also part of the modular system.

A Focus on Applications

  • Sensitive and reliable flow control in mobile hydraulics

  • Precise and almost load independent hydraulic motor speed control
