An introduction to the
AP/APM212 family

Environmentaly friendly:
Extremly low noise emissions

Gear pumps are widely used in modern hydraulic systems thanks to their high performance, long service life, and low purchase and maintenance costs. Product development has led to the new AP212 family being capable of achieving high operating pressures, excellent volumetric and mechanical efficiency, and even lower noise emission from specially engineered units (LN – Low Noise).

This has all been made possible by:

  • New gear teeth and balancing block designs
  • The application of high-performance materials
  • Carefully controlled heat treatment
  • Even tighter coupling tolerances and a higher surface finish standard
  • Continuous development and testing in our semi-anechoic chamber

Bucher Hydraulics has achieved these results by constantly improving our design, control, and manufacturing techniques in line with the latest technological advances, while at the same time enhancing our quality control system which ensures that every single product is of the same high standard.
