Shanghai Region Sales Manager

Job objective:

Achieve region sales target by improve sales team performance.
Visit customers and develop business opportunity in assigned sales provinces.
Identify new market and business opportunity.

Responsibilities: 

1.  Planning, and implement, all sales activities in assigned
   sales region to achieve sales target and max. benefit,  make
   sure the sales target to achieve on time.
2.  Daily Sales activities:
   -  Keep intimacy relation with customers, help them successful
      to win orders
   -  Visit existing and potential customers
   -  Negotiating the terms of sales agreement and closing orders
   -  Review own sales performance, self-motivate to achieve,
       exceed assigned target
   -  Set up customers’ file, evaluate customers’ and competitors’
       situation, and report senior manager
   -  Analyze sales and marketing situation, report senior manager
      monthly
3. Improve sales skill, technique skill and sales performance
   -  Familiarity company products and application
   -  Select and recommend right products and solution to customers
   -  Delivery products and application training for customers
   -  Handle before and after sales issues
4. New market and new customers development
    -  Initiates and approach new customers
   -  introduce new application into existing and new customers
5.  Sales channel development
   -  Develop add-value distributors, leaders, and sales partners
   -  Monitor and evaluate sales partners
6.  Sales data and marketing information collection
   -  Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding
       performance
   -  Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and
      activity reports submit to top management
   -  Collect market trends and feedback top senior management

Request:

1. Major in  mechanical engineering and/or mechanical-electronics;
   Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 5 years mechanical working experience in related business
   (engineering or design institute preferred), min. 3 years of
   design experience
3. Good team-work
4. Good English communication in speaking and writing
5. MS office skill, prefer auto CAD
