Function
The oil flowing back from the actuator enters the safety valve
and is then fed directly into the opposite line. If the control valve
is not operated, the remaining oil flows back to tank with no
back pressure. Energy is saved, because no pump flow is
needed for this function.
Construction
As well as the main elements, such as the zero-leakage
control assembly and direct-acting pressure relief function,
the valve offers an integral balance valve for tandem
applications. It is also possible to bleed air from the system
from outside.
