Proportional Directional
Control Valve HDS21
The new directional valve HDS21 is the latest open centre valve developed at Bucher Hydraulics. With its maximal flow of 80 l/min and pump port pressure up to 300 bar it combines a precise and stable control, as well with the electro-hydraulic proportional open loop pilot, with a very compact design. Focusing on energy saving, the HDS21 has been designed to meet the targets of minimized Delta-P along with simultaneous consideration of lowest dimensions. Even the pilot pressure lines are integrated into the sections.
Conclusion
The new HDS21 is available with mechanical, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic open loop controls or combination of the same with a fully interchangeable function oriented spool. The flexibility of a sectional valve together with dedicated options can be used in many mobile application like Truck mounted Crane, Aerial Platform, Fork Lift, Backhoe Loader and Wheel Loader.
Availability
The valve is already available for prototypes and ready for a production series from the II. Quarter 2012.
