Increase efficiency and save energy with highly dynamic pump operation with very high speeds

The successor to the QXEH series

With the QXEHX, Bucher Hydraulics is expanding its proven series of QX internal gear units, which have been impressing users for years thanks to their non-compensated design. A typical feature is the very long pressure build-up region over the entire symmetrically arranged crescent, which also makes the new QXEHX a very reliable pump.

In addition to optimized hydrodynamic lubrication, the speed range has been extended to 6050 rpm. Increased power density and improved operational reliability thereby surpass the advantages of the QXEH series.

This makes QXEHX pumps particularly suitable for downsizing the entire drive train, for example, in injection molding and die casting machines, while also improving efficiency, energy savings and service life.

Focus on customer benefits

The new pump offers around 20 percent higher maximum speeds compared with the QXEH, thanks to a redesign of the suction and pressure galleries inside the pump body, among other changes. This results in optimized flow patterns and a significant reduction in pressure losses. This optimisation, coupled with the proven special gear profile, reduces the noise level of the QXEHX by 3 dB(A). The quiet operation saves the work and costs of implementing sound insulation measures in the application.

Features
  • Open circuits up to 280 bar max. operating pressure
  • Speeds up to 6050 rpm
  • Very low noise emissions < 75 dB(A)
  • Especially designed for highly dynamic drives with reversing operation
  • Usable with virtually any pressure fluids
  • Ideally suited for use with variable-speed drives
