IT Support Specialist who operates at Level 1 and Level 2. This role is responsible for end-user support, device lifecycle management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting in a hybrid IT environment.
You will be expected to resolve standard incidents independently, escalate as appropriate, and contribute to improving stability, security, and the user experience across office and production environments. Travel is occasional to regional and international sites as required.Your tasks

Your Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support (Level 1/2 or similar role)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
- Experience with:
Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 environment Active Directory / Entra ID
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN concepts)
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, ticket-driven environment
- Preferred:
Experience with Intune and/or SCC Exposure to Windows Server environments Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes Basic scripting (PowerShell) is a plus
