What's it all about?

We're looking for teams of 2 to 6 people who will develop ideas for a LinkedIn or Instagram post together.

🌍 International teams are very welcome.

This can be a single post, multiple posts, or an entire series. Your task is to find an idea, develop it into a concept, and submit it to us.

Prizes

Attractive prizes wait for the five best concepts and implementations. The winning teams may choose from the following prizes:

Process

👥 Form a team – Grab colleagues, even across locations or departments, and apply via the SurveyMonkey questionnaire

💭 Develop an idea – Think of an exciting topic for social media (LinkedIn or Instagram).

⏳ After a kickoff meeting with global marketing, you'll have 4 weeks to work on your concept for your post.

📤 Submit – Send us your finished idea by June 24, 2025 to >> socialmedia@bucherhydraulics.com, subject: “Social Media Team Challenge”

🏆 Preselection by jury – the 10 best entries will be reviewed according to predefined criteria2.

🚀 Final round – The top ten teams will be notified on July 2 and will work with our social media professionals on their final posts until July 29.

🎯 Evaluation & Prizes – A jury will select the five best posts. The jury decision will be announced by August 25. The winning teams may freely choose their prize.

Topic Ideas

If you need inspiration, here are some suggestions:

Green Challenge 🌿 – What are you actively doing for the environment? (e.g., cycling to work, collecting trash, paperless office)

A Day as... 👷‍ – Show a workday from your perspective or from a colleague's (e.g., exciting insights into different professions or departments).

Idea Factory 💡 – Fun or interesting experiences from your job (e.g., cultural differences during business trips abroad, funny customer stories, solving unexpected problems).

Innovation Heroes 🔧 – How can hydraulics solve everyday problems? Show creative ideas or product improvements.

Did You Know? 🤔 – Interesting facts about our products (e.g., simple explanations for children and grandchildren or new features or functionalities for customers).
