The Loader Control System (LCS) combines hydraulics, electronics, and software in one comprehensive system solution. It makes the front loader intelligent and relieves the driver of numerous settings and tasks that were previously done manually.
A typical use case is the front loader on a tractor: Thanks to the Loader Control System (LCS), the tractor unit becomes a versatile material handling device. In the process, it is above all the intelligent detail functions, such as height limitation and vibration damping, that create the decisive added value for day-to-day work on the yard or construction site.
With the front loader, there are up to 12 different functions that can be enabled or set via a touch control panel. Five of these are visualized here through animation:
