The primary role of the warehouse supervisor is be to maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory as directed by the Materials Manager by implementing, following, enforcing inventory control practices and procedures.  Leading your team of material handlers with Bucher’s core values as standard practices.

You will

  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and cycle reconciliation
  • Daily consolidation of materials, review inventory reports, maintain product ID and perform audits as needed
  • Conduct daily/monthly/annually audits
  • Root cause inventory discrepancies 
  • Managing flow of supplies while advising process improvements
  • Maintain clean, organized with 5S 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the department’s process
  • Attend training sessions to continue professional growth and development

Your Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documentation and labels
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
